The Game is provided "as is." NFTy Games is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Game.
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NFTy Games is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
